24-hour cancellation is available on most tours. Customers will receive a full refund or credit if they provide at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers may cancel their booking online or contact us by phone. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Please note: San Fermín tours with a balcony are non-refundable, as are some private transportation options.
